Check-in must take place between 16:00 –18:00. Later arrival must be arranged with reception and the code to the key box will be provided if previously arranged at an additional charge of DKK 50 Check-out by 10:00 at the latest.
Rented bedlinen and towels must be returned to reception and waste must be placed in the outdoor container
You can bring your own bedlinen and towels or rent it from us at a charge of DKK 55,00/25,00.
Use of sleeping bags is not allowed. Violation thereof prompts a fine of DKK 500,00
Reception opening hours: kl. 9:00 – 12:00 and 16:00 – 18:00. Saturday and Sunday only 16:00 – 18:00
Dogs are allowed, but only in the family rooms. Please contact reception when booking. Additional charge of DKK 60,00 per days. The dog may not be left alone in the room and must be on a lead
For busses and large cars taking up more than one parking space, parking must be arranged with reception. Otherwise, you will be asked to park elsewhere as our carpark only has capacity for 20 regular cars
Smoking and eating in the rooms is not allowed. Violation thereof prompts a fine of DKK 1500,00
Breakfast can be ordered upon arrival. The price is DKK 115 adults/55 children (age to 10 half price). Min. 15 registrations. Otherwise, a guest kitchen is available for use.
Having a good time in the King’s Back Garden in respect of the other guests
Fredensborg is a lovely place and we are pleased to share it with others. Therefore, many families book a festive event here in the King’s Back Garden. Festive events usually take place on Saturdays, so some of our shared facilities may be occupied for a while, and there may be people celebrating at the premises. However, there is room for everybody, even if you are not invited to the party. You can always find a quiet space in our 7000m2 garden or use our nice guest kitchen.
