Gruops/events including catering
Cancellation of group bookings can be made until 6 weeks before arrival The deposit will not be refunded if an event is cancelled. However, in case the event is rescheduled for another date within the same year, the deposit paid will still apply
Minor adjustments to the number of participants (1-3) may be made until 72 hours before arrival. Subsequently, the number of participants is binding for all services.

Dogs are welcome
If you plan to bring a dog, please note that it is only allowed in the family rooms (Gemakkerne)) subject to a charge. (75 kr)
Breakfast/catering
Breakfast can be ordered upon arrival.
We reserve the right to not serving breakfast if less than 10 people have ordered breakfast. In that case, you are welcome to use our guest kitchen.
Groups of more than 10 people, must order meals with us, as they are not allowed to use the guest kitchen.
Registration of information Fredensborg Vandrerhjem will register your name, address, email address and other information stated in connection with the purchase in our customer records.
